The first 15 minutes of every excess hour is free of charge .After that , we will charge a fee for half an hour .
After 40 minutes ,we will charge for the full hour.

Payment must be made on the same day in cash or by card  .

Fixed prices are offered only after viewing.
Please note all of our fixed prices are based on the load and delivery only and do not include waiting time .

Excess hours will be charged at the appropriate additional hourly rate shown in the price list.

We have full moving insurance cover . All customer goods are insured during transport and during transfer between the premises and the van.

Claims for damages will only be considered if received in writing within 24 hours of the relocation , and should be shown to teh operative at the time of the removal , following which a telephone call should be made to the duty controller.

The customer is responsible for all parking (if any). If there is parking penalty at work, the penalty  is always covered by the customer
